- Stara Lesna Observatory:
- Coordinates
- Longitude: 20° 17' 28" EAST
- Latitude: 49° 09' 10" NORTH
- Altitude: 810 meters above sea level
- Horizontal Solar Telescope with Spectrograph:
Jensch type coelostat with two plane mirrors (D = 60 cm)
The telescope is of an off-axial Kutter type with
a spherical main mirror (D = 50 cm, f = 35 m).
The collimator and camera mirrors of the spectrograph are
of the apertures 25 cm and 40 cm respectively, (f = 9.65 m).
Dispersion of the spectrograph is about 0.16 nm/mm in
the first order.
