Dear Mike,

Below I will reply/suggest to cooperation with other instruments besides TRACE
during August this year:

- Besides TRACE we will operate the DOT (La Palma) for the whole August 
  (3-31/8/2007). There will be our colleague Peter Gomory supporting the 
  local DOT team during the whole August. They will be operating the DOT 
  in the next door room to your colleagues operating the SST. So selecting 
  the same target should be quite simple for us. DOT data are completely 
  copyleft so you can used them later also for your work (see 
  http://dotdb.phys.uu.nl/DOT/).

- Additionally we have asked for the Hinode/EIS,SOT,XRT support of our campaign 
  for the period 18-31/8/2008. Decision should be made till the end of June as 
  I was informed. Clearly, our applications will be in conflict as we ask for 
  the same instruments in the same days and the same day time.

  Checking your instrumental details available at

  differences.  

  Nevertheless I do hope both of our applications will be approved giving some 
  days for us and some for you.

- SOHO support was confirmed for our campaign as the SOHO JOP 189. There is 
  no conflict as you start only on Aug 21. Nevertheless I was informed that 
  since Aug 17 there is SOHO keyhole. They have informed us that after Aug 18 
  no CDS, MDI data will be available until the end of our campaign. You will 
  see what SOHO instruments will reply to you.
