i)HOP 21  requested 24-48 hours of continuous observations. It was agreed 
that we assign HOP 21 three days of observations. 

ii)It was strongly recommended that the ground based observers for each 
HOP be encouraged to contact the Hinode Chief Observers as soon as 
they had achieved a successful observation so that any remaining priority 
time could be redistributed.

iii)It was also recommended that the Chief Observers be granted a degree 
of flexibility in implementing the program to take into account solar conditions.
